I contacted Josh after getting discouraged by sky high quotes, or the typical contractors that…read moreeither never respond or don't show up at all. He was quick to schedule a meet up to go over quotes. The attention to detail and willingness to work with my many scattered ideas made working with Josh simple and straightforward. The fences are beautiful, and we even have separate styles going on between the front metal fence and gates, the back gates, livestock fencing, and the side wood fence. Over 550' of fence later, all were executed beautifully. Finally my dogs/goats/sheep are all secure to roam the property as they please! The work done was on time besides a couple hang ups that had to do with unexpected wood shortages after the fires, but even then we weren't off by anything significant. The work that was promised was done, and when there was a miscommunication error it was promptly fixed with zero hassle or unfair changes in pricing. I actually felt bad with how quickly and willing they were to fix something when it was really my fault for not explaining what I wanted well enough. I was even apologizing to his crew as well who carried on without a fuss lol! We were up front about our budget, and we worked together on ideas until we came up with something that would still check all the boxes but not break the bank. We enjoyed working with him so much we have gone on to hire him for multiple other jobs like retaining walls and sheds, and have quotes lined up for future projects when our budgets can fit it as well! Our neighbors were also impressed with the fence and have since hired him for their own personal projects. Josh really goes far above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy, so I'm surprised to see people leaving bad reviews since he's all about making sure it was a positive and fair experience. When word of mouth is so incredibly important for small businesses like this, I feel like it's important to be honest and give credit where credit is due, and if there's an issue see if it can be worked out before making that final judgement on a bad review. I know without a doubt Josh will be our go-to guy for any projects, and I have no hesitation with recommending him to family and friends when they comment on how great our fences look!

He explained how different styles and materials would affect cost. In the end we asked him to match the style of the older fencing in our yard, which he did a great job of - but he also made suggestions for some modifications to make the fence more durable. He also added a nice detail work where the fence meets our shed so it matched - which I didn't notice until after the Job was done and we appreciate! The estimate was fair and the work was done on time and within our limited schedule - which we also appreciate.

We set up a day for him to come look over my home and list of things that I needed installed and fixed. Randy gave me a super reasonable rate per hour and we set up far for him to return and work. The day of the job (I was late) he was ready to start and quick to finish the first project. I had a list of about a dozen things. Everything from installing a range hood, rewiring switches, fixing vent fans, doors, windows, toilets..... The list goes on. He finished everything and the sun was still shining. He even noticed that I was missing a few rails on my porch, found them, and secured them back in place. It wasn't my list but he did it anyway. Nice. I have to say that Randy is honest, hard working and very thorough. He works very clean and is very knowledgeable about almost every part of a home. Even mobile homes. I will not hesitate to call him if I need any handyman service in the future. You shouldn't either. If you've got something that needs a handyman's attention, he's the guy!
