What an interesting and hot new spot to try out in Biloxi/Gulfport MS!…read more Upon searching for a Hot Yoga studio I was only to find this spot. It basically is specific diff virtual workouts all in a 125degree hot dry sauna. Crazy but why not? They offer a free session for first timers. So we went and spoke with Shelby who was very informative and super nice. She showed us all the plans and all the facilities. Besides having something like 10 hot saunas where up to 3 people can do a workout like Pilates, yoga, cycling, or rowing, there is also a small space with brand new weights and iso machines to complement the whole workout. We signed up, bought our towels and mats and did a 30min yoga workout. Detoxification at its hottest! So hot. So sweaty but it felt good. I highly recommend trying it!

Mission Fitness is small boutique style gym located in the Marine Street Lofts building at the…read morecorner of Marine and Government streets. It has ample parking in the apartment building lot, and its always got a spot. Down to brass tacks, this gym is not your typical apartment complex gym. Mission Fitness possesses state of the art equipment, including water rower! It takes that and meshes it with two world class fitness professionals as instructors! Jessica and Allison are the owners of this facility and they are extremely excited to welcome you to the Mission Fitness family. They mean family as well, on a recent visit a young lady brought her new born baby by and the instructors and staff were so excited to see both baby and mother. They seem to know their client's names and without a doubt care about the wellbeing of their clients. Another aspect of this gym that I love, Jessica and Allison have a very defined "mission". To make the health of their community better through calorie shredding workouts which keep the body burning calories and using different muscle groups. Their mission also has a side that allows them to give back! They are passionate about living up to their mission statement, they are a locally owned studio of countless methods, they posses killer instructors have epic playlists and most important, they are champions of community. The last part of the point is important, basically it means, each quarter Mission Fitness chooses a local nonprofit to illuminate. Through pop-up events, Jessica and Allison bring much-needed awareness and resources to these worthy organizations. I must say all in all, this business behaves in a way that is becoming more and more mainstream in Mobile. Giving back based on success and by highlighting different causes throughout the community. I really wish this business well and I cannot wait to get back over there for another workout.
