They make these little twice baked baby potato bites that were out of this world. You'd think a chicken skewer would be boring, but not these. They had a glaze on them and were perfectly cooked and easy to eat at a party. The sliders were just amazing. The "Texas Caviar" was a huge hit.Everything was clearly made with quality ingredients and the presentation was perfect. They provided literally everything for the guests down to little baby forks for the cheese. We opted for staff to help manage the offerings and food and it was worth every penny. That alone was disappointing, but the follow-up was worse. Their owner, Jennifer Shaw, responded days later with hostility, dishonesty, and a complete lack of professionalism. (which I'm sure she will do in this review as well) Even more disturbing was the bartending team, outsourced by Corn Fed. The lead bartender harassed me and others for a pre-service gratuity throughout the evening--even interrupting me moments before I walked down the aisle. They argued with our planner, complained to guests, and shut down the bar nearly an hour early. I've worked in event management for over two decades and have never experienced such blatant disrespect from a vendor. Despite the efforts of a kind catering staff, I cannot in good conscience recommend either of these vendors.
