I just looked at a home listed by Demetria's Team. I took a lot of time and effort to drive to the…read morehome and have my realtor do a private showing. Given the description in the listing ". . . this home has been lovingly cared for and is in fantastic condition.", I had high expectations. Sadly, upon entering the house, I was greeted by huge mold stains on the wood floors along with dirt marks and leftover carpet liners along the edges of the walls. The downstairs bathroom looked like it was part of an abandoned gas station. Granted, the house was in good condition, but "fantastic"? That's way beyond a euphemism of "cozy" for a small space. That was a complete misnomer. Therefore, I don't think I'll be wasting my time looking at other homes listed by this agency.

This was my first time using Monica for a loan as I was new to Maine. Monica helped me do a HELOC…read moreon an existing investment property and a mortgage on a new one. My situation was somewhat complex and had a lot of moving parts, but she was able to make it work with ease. She has access to a lot of different mortgage products, which is a great help if your situation doesn't follow the typical loan model that a lot of banks use; such as having rental or business income in addition to W-2 income. I was very impressed by her communication, options given, and straight forward approach. She went above and beyond and stepped in where I have seen other brokers disappear to make sure the loan closed. She knows her products well which helps when it comes time to make a decision. I plan to use Monica again when I need to refinance in the future and for future purchases. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for any type of home loan.
