The police said it would be too expensive for them to have enough data to show the real video. Every five seconds you would see one movement so they were able to only cut out ten minutes of video when I gave them the other $500. The teller conveniently didn't count out the $1,000 cash on video, and he just fanned it partially in his face and then walked away with it. I lost $1,000 cash and they spent most of the day doctoring the video, so by the time I brought the cops the manager appeared from the back with ultra doctored video. Sad, I hope they really needed the money for good reasons.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even make coffee while you wait! With a drive-thru ATM at this branch and multiple nearby locations, it's easy to access my banking needs. I appreciate that they don't charge any unusual fees, which was a relief compared to national chains. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience at this branch and would highly recommend it for its service, atmosphere, and convenience! That's my address, routing, account number, and signature. That's pretty bad! I did not consider dropping the bank at that time, but yesterday I received another "breach notice" and the hackers now have my DOB, SSN, Name and phone number. I work very hard at keeping my personal data out of the hands of people who would victimize me online, and my bank has just given it away for free. Please fully expect a reply to this review that 1) The bank cares so deeply about me and my data, 2) The bank offered me a complimentary credit-watching service that I would never have needed had they protected their servers. I am a computer programmer, and I suspect that the IT wing of this bank is reactive and not proactive. So I will open another account somewhere else. I simply can't afford this bank. Probably there is a guy in a high-rise saying that he did everything he could to prevent the breach, and he didn't. He's not qualified. He has the job because of his uncle, or grandpa or whatever.

What a great bank…read more The phone call to get my refinance started was easy. My agent Kim made sure I had on - line access and I was able to just upload everything they needed. The program they offer under low cost is great. If you don't plan on staying in your home more than 5 years it isn't worth adding 3 or 4 k to your loan. The closing costs are $295 bucks. Additionally if the Fed lowers interest again In a year or two I can relock for another 5 years for $295 bucks. The have conventional programs too. If your in the market for a loan check them out. I had to drive to St. Pete for closing because other branches arent open, but that's okay. Ps. They escrow taxes, and they don't escrow homeowners insurance, you just pay that once a year yourself.
