Before finding Kat, we struggled for over 6 months in Austin's stressful seller's market. As first-time homebuyers, we felt completely overwhelmed. That all changed when we were introduced to Kat. Within 3 months, we closed on our first home. My top 3 reasons for recommending Kat: 1) Kat knows not only Austin, but also its surrounding areas (Bastrop, Elgin, Wimberley, etc). Though we looked at homes in Austin, we ended up in Spicewood. It was great to have a realtor whose knowledge was so expansive. 2) Kat has the experience to get your offer selected in a competitive market. We were in a multiple offer situation, and though our offer wasn't the highest, it was selected - all thanks to Kat's skills! 3) Kat truly cares about YOU as a person. She is passionate about understanding what you want and doing everything in her power to make it happen. Without a doubt, Kat will be our go-to realtor the next time we are ready to sell or buy.

In a perfect world a PMC should be about doing the right things for the right reasons. I recommend hiring property managers that are ethical and truthful. Yes "men and women" are not good for an HOA! HOA's need a PMC to be the voice of reason, balance the budget, speak to board members from experience and inform them when spending is out of control and dues might double. Provide feedback regarding legal and what if scenarios so that Boards can make logical and informed decisions. The reason I dinged them 2 stars- A ticket was put in, MPC took 12 months to repair the issue, but with the understanding that the previous property management company did nothing at all.The other ding MPC get's -Allowing a dictatorship with out of control spending that caused huge due increases over 2 yrs. instead of being honest with the board they sat there and allowed it.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMERS SERVICE AND RELATIONS: Over the past…read morethree weeks I have been in contact with Milanka, Irina and Aimee. I was treated like an imbecile by all three, but especially Irina. I was dismissed and was waiting on their response to see if I was approved for almost 2 weeks. Then, today I was told by Irina that ALL of the available two bedroom apartments were rented last week. She never told me if I was approved. I provided 6 months of on-time rental payment history, 6 months of bank statements, and a work contract to prove income. I have a VERY hard time believing that not only was that not enough to get approved but that every single 2 bedroom apartment was rented last week. So, not only did they lie but they acted as if they were above me. They treated a pregnant women with complete disrespect and disregard. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. My recommendation is to take your business elsewhere. Do not make the same mistake I made.
