Their office staff,…read moreparticularly the manager that calls you (all the time) is rude, outright MEAN, pressuring, and money driven, with no care or sympathy for patients. They seem to pack and stack appointments. The room is crowded and allows no privacy. They charge inflated fees for visits and are hard line about late fees for missed appointments. My therapist's attention was extremely diverted when I went there, working with multiple patients and leaving me alone to do exercises a lot of the time, so I assume the poor guy was at least double booked. I imagine when you go there for care your therapist will probably not be giving you 1 on 1 attention most of the time either.

I have been coming to Community Physical Therapy for about 6 months and my twice a week sessions…read morehave now come to an end given that my chronic back pain has now gone away, thanks to Angelo! When I first started, I had severe lower back pain that spread to the top of my spine including all around my neck. The pain wasn't going away on its own so I needed to take action, and Angelo did a great job diagnosing the key problems, coming up with a game plan the first day I saw him. He prescribed stretches to do daily as well as going over what exercises we would do in his facility to help strengthen my back once and for all. He also broke up stiff muscles in the beginning to unlock my muscles and get the blood flowing again. It paid off and now I have much more flexibility than before. Everyone even says that I have gotten taller and this is due to the fact that my posture is the best it has ever been. On top of everything, Angelo is the nicest guy and the most seasoned expert I have ever spoken to when it comes to physical therapy issues. It is all because of him that I have gotten rid of my back pain, and he is so knowledgeable on everything. I recommend anyone with back or any physical pain at all to visit Angelo, you won't regret it! I am extremely grateful for the services he provided me which have finally beaten the monster of chronic pain.

The staff at Mass Sport and Spine went above and beyond to help me regain mobility and strength in both trouble areas. I was confident that my therapist, Reena, had a specific rehab plan designed solely for me, and I felt that with her knowledge and experience that I was in good hands. I will never go anywhere else for PT again!!!! The first…read moretime I was seen was 2011. They only had one location in Braintree. Steve was amazing and helped build a great program for me to come back from ACL/Meniscus surgery. Unfortunately, when I went back to work I had a scheduling conflict and changed to a different group. What a mistake!! I ended up needing a second surgery on my knee because they didn't rehab it correctly. A few years later I needed spinal surgery and Blue Hill had opened another location closer to my home. Christine was my therapist and built a great program to get my strength and mobility back. We knew I would be having a second surgery later that year so of course I went back to Christine! Again she followed the plan they work from, continue to move forward adding new exercises and/or additional weight, always checking in to make sure my form was correct and we weren't going to fast. I had another surgery and right back to Christine!! I just had my fourth spinal surgery. This one was much more complicated. Of course I called Blue Hill but Christine had moved to another location sadly, too far away. But I knew their program and how they approach rehab worked so I scheduled with Brittney. She is amazing!!! Extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the movements, muscles being worked and she encourages me when I feel I'm not doing well enough. We discuss my progress and hone in on the areas that need more work. She finds the perfect exercises to increase my strength and build my stamina. i couldn't be happier with my progress!!!! I can hike, climb stairs, cook meals and play with my grandchildren even running a bit!! Not bad after thinking I would never be able to do these things again!!
