MY ortho Dr who had sent me to him and had told me what he had hoped I could achieve, by the end of 4 months was saying "WOW" at the fact that I had surpassed his expectations. My last visit with him told me that he used my xrays to show his collegues that you do not need surgery. He (MIKE) is thorough and notices it all. Researches each and every sympton or question . My last injury, when I was told that I would regain very little use of my right arm.......and that Dr questioned why I would expect any results from Physical therapy, I still insisted on a RX to go to Mike. AND, here I am. and guess what ...that Dr is still in shock!!! I have other family members who go to Rich and would RAVE about their treatment with him. Marathon in Easton can not be rated high enough. Emily tops!!. They are all trained well and work well with any of the clients that I encounter there. A1 with anyone that I have ever met there.. A1 with my family members. And the friends who know me, are soooo impressed by the results they see with me. I can not laud them, enough because I have seen what mediocre can be and there people are A one. And I would say, underrated by the medical community, but then I have shown them how wrong they have been, signed proudly, Karney Eldridge

While the actual PT and Therapists are great, the cancellation and mask policies are unreasonable…read more 24 hours advance notice of cancellation is required. In my situation, I missed a session due to a migraine, then had to cancel another session due to a critical personal matter. I called literally 23.5 hours in advance of the personal matter cancellation and was forced to pay a $25 fee because of 'my attendance record.' I also wanted to mention they make you wear a mask while you do PT. I have asthma and requested an exception, but was denied. Keep in mind this is 2023... literally no places force you to wear a mask anymore. They need to change this policy and modernize their archaic approach when it comes to masks.

Surgeon Dr. Simon Chao:…read more After two years of constant, excruciating back pain, I had almost lost hope of ever feeling normal again. I had seen multiple pain management doctors and back surgeons, but none of them seemed to truly understand what I was going through or offer a real solution. Some didn't know what to do, and others simply didn't seem to care. For example, one doctor wanted to use shots, even though he and I knew that I experience little or no relief from them. Meeting Dr. Simon Chao at University Orthopedics in Easton, Massachusetts was the turning point. From the moment he examined me, I knew I was finally in the hands of someone who genuinely cared and truly understood the spine. He looked at me carefully and was able to pinpoint exactly where my worst pain was coming from. He also identified my scoliosis and explained that treating it could bring real relief. He offered a solution tailored to the causes of my pain and that would give me lasting relief. What stood out the most was how clearly and patiently he explained everything. For the first time in two years, I felt heard, respected, and confident that someone finally had a plan to help me. Because of Dr. Chao, I now have relief from pain that once felt unbearable. The difference in my life is incredible. I am deeply grateful for his skill, compassion, and dedication to his patients. If you are suffering with back pain and feel like no one is listening, I strongly recommend seeing Dr. Chao. He truly changed my life.
