Before coming to Dr. Trevino I had seen several doctors, all of which either did not know what was causing my health issues (and didn't make much of an effort to figure it out) or brushed me off. Dr. Trevino was recommended to me so I made an appointment, even though he is located over an hour from my home. I figured this appointment was going to go like the rest of them, but I took a shot. First, scheduling an appointment was easy. The office staff is friendly, and I got an appointment within the month. When I arrived at the office I only waited a few minutes to be seen. The office was not overflowing with double-booked patients as is usually the case with most offices. This office actually has you seen by your appointment time (or very close to it). Dr. Trevino asked me what was going on and listened quietly as I talked about the issues I had been going through. He performed a test in the office and let me know what he thought was going on. He was able to link all of my symptoms except one, and referred me to a specialist about that. His explanation of the condition was thorough. He asked me if I had questions, listened to them, and provided me with answers. He came up with a treatment plan using both medicine and lifestyle changes, and again explained all of the reasoning behind why the medicine and lifestyle changes help the condition. I have seen him quite a few times since the first visit and each time Dr. Trevino is patient and works with you to tailor your treatment plan. He figures out what is working and what is not, and comes up with ideas to work on to get you feeling better. Dr. Trevino is an internal medicine doctor, but does treat a lot of patients with Dysautonomia. He is very knowledgeable about the conditions and stays on top of research. Days before I had saw Marci, she wrote me a script and said if the symptoms didn't improve to call back and he would send orders for testing. I called from bed and her pos assistant refused to ask Marci to send the orders and told me to go to the urgent care even though Marci was my pcp. The assistant hung up on me so I left a message expressing my discontent and received a certified letter in the mail dropping me as a patient. I have been seeing Dr. Moss for almost 4 years now . I don't even know where to start with this…read morereview because there is so many good things about her and her office . First of all you are always given her full attention.. no rushing or long waits. It is her and her two Nurse practitioners , so you never see an unfamiliar face at your visits (I love that). You can tell she truly cares and takes her time and REALLY listens when you see her . What I love is she also does female exams so no seeing a separate Doctor for that !!! I am comfortable with her and she always puts my nerves at ease. They always get me in when I need and they have a patient portal for convenience, I have never not got a response with questions or concerns ,they are always on top of it. When I moved away to Massachusetts for a year I wouldn't see another Doctor I would just see her when I was visiting home. I feel like I hit the lottery Doctor wise with her and her nurses. He had received similar care at another place in Arizona that was absolutely incredible and added years to his life (Sedona Wellness Retreat). But since we lived in Florida, this was a good option for him at the time. Every day that he was there, he felt awful and I questioned their practices. He wanted to stick with the program and he believed that they could help. This is when everything fell apart. The first thing that went wrong was when one of the nurses pulled his port too quickly and injured the site. After this happened, cancer started to grow in that area and created a huge lump on his chest. It was not only uncomfortable, but also embarrassing for him. The second horrible thing that happened was when he was injected with an immunotherapy shot incorrectly, and it injured his arm to the point of losing complete mobility and being in level 10 pain. My husband did the program for about two months and then we went on a trip out of the country. Literally weeks after leaving Lifeworks his cancer came back with a vengeance. It had spread all over his body to his brain and spine and he never recovered after that. Not only did he come out of life works much worse after spending almost 100k but he also had that enormous lump on his chest that continued to bother him, and was also left with horrible swelling and pain in his arm without being able to use it until his last day of life. Life works has denied all responsibility and I'm sure they will respond on this post that they were not responsible at all but I know what happened and my husband knows what happened and this is a warning to not trust this place, not trust their nurses or their doctors and also know that if something goes wrong, they will not take responsibility.

After seeing my PCP there is a concern of cellulitis with a change of antibiotic due to concern of the cellulitis coming from possible MRSA. Hopefully my follow up tomorrow we can further investigate this. I was in MPR for almost a month and saw a PA twice and the doctor 0! On multiple occasions I brought up the problem with my leg pain, bruising, swelling and warm to the touch to the wound care nurse and other nurses just to be met with arguments! Finally they sent me back to the ER at MPH where they found a deep hematoma that they aspirated fluid from. After multiple concerns brought to medical staff I am so frustrated that I am still struggling with these complications!! No one should have to go thru this. If this infection is indeed MRSA my question is, did I contract it at MPH or at the MP rehab!!!
