There was clear communications about costs and any surcharges (pet hair and/or very dirty vehicles). I really appreciated this as I didn't want to be caught without enough cash. Rich arrived a little early (better early than late in my opinion) and we did a walk through of my vehicle. He is friendly and professional. Explained everything to me. I have WeatherTech mats, and he informed me that cleaning those were included in the Full Detail package. He finished within the 3 hour estimate. My car looks brand new inside and out. I dropped off my car in the evening and it was done by 12pm the next day. This is my third vehicle that I have had tinted here and I know their work. My 4series is extra sexy now. They also do auto detailing too which ill get done at some point. Yes, I do check prices around to ensure I am paying a reasonable price for ceramic tint. They offer a lifetime warranty and they have been in business for a while.
