They organization has a very help front deck and 3 main test preparation stations. The process begins with a mandatory blood pressure count, blood test and blood donation. The volunteers know there job and do a great evaluation, which is done to the "T". The actual blood donation chairs are very comfortable and the whole process takes about 25 minutes. Afterwards you get you choice of breads, soft drinks, wine, spreads and sausages to eat, which also come with some sweets. In the end you have the great feeling of helping other in need and a free snack! Our YELP community started with 5 and I hope we get some more volunteers on the next go round.

I prefer to go somewhere else. There is much better and they also pay better. Then they ask you if you are homosexual so if you can donate. One of the most stupid questionare ever. Is is not asked if you make safe sex ir if you go to prostitute. They care only of your sexual orientation. This is pure homofobia. Before the test they destroyed my member card I did 3 years ago without my permission, a clear expression of arrogance. I couldn't even keep the pieces, it was just to have a remember of my first year in Vienna. So run away from here guys. Horrible customer service and the payment is not woth. Many times they also inserted the needle wrong which consequently is very painful!
