The team could sense the feelings wrapped up in this job and were so patient and gentle. They were honest about what could be donated and what would likely be scrap. I was chatting with one and they mentioned that the owner had collected over 100 discarded bikes and used his own money to fix them and give them to less fortunate children. Additionally, Jermain offered multiple time slots to haul away the material which were within 36 hours of my yelp posting. Jermain confirmed the appointment time the morning of the scheduled appointment day, and Jermain arrived at the schedule time. Given all the rain, I offered to reschedule the appointment, but Jermain had zero issues working with and in the elements. Jermain worked efficiently and with purpose, hauling the material (broken wooden pallets, wood and tree branches from our backyard around to the front of our house where Jermain's trailer was parked. When Jermain was finished, it was as if there was never a pile of junk in our backyard.
