Neither dogs pads were shaved, I ended having to do it myself. My one dog I spent over an hour brushing her because she had so much hair they didn't remove......btw they did two dogs in 37 minutes. They charged me for two large dogs, I didn't bring them a Great Dane I brought them two small runt of the litter huskies.... so they were medium size dogs everywhere else but here. There machine to pay also didn't have a NO TIP option so I had no choice but to give the minimum which was 15% which I find rude I should be able to choose what I leave as a tip. Over all wouldn't recommend and will not be ever going back. Most expensive place I've been and then most disappointing after how much she charged me for not even finishing my dogs. And a side note, first appoint I had there I showed up for my appointment and they told me it would be 3 hours before they could get to them, then they changed the date and bam still couldn't get it done properly when I came twice into town to get done. So upset..... honestly I wish I could get some sort of money back since I had to do some of the work they were paid to do.

(I drove from near Dtw airport) and had other appointments in port Huron- anyways I called and informed to get there by 10:15. I was in parking lot at 10:15 and got to the back of the store by 10:17. I called 2x and said j would try to get there on time but it got heated as she kept interrupting - like it was crazy rude!! I called a 3rd time to speak to a manager to report the grooming lady but she was not available? Carly the groomer - told me I sound have planned my day better - LOL - wow - a bit rude There is a lady in a blue shirt - name tag is covered - I had to ask if she was the manager and she was condescending. YES I AM HER EYES BULGING. I've never ever had this issue in any establishment. The manager - cosanndra said they wouldn't let me book a later time? Huh? I drove 11/2 hours and they would not accommodate a 12:30 opening? I don't get it!! Carly said they were double booked and triple booked - their website said there's many openings every single day! So basically they didn't want MY business because I was late. Don't waste your time here. It truly was like talking to people that had no receptors. What's funny but sad - Carly would have received a very generous Christmas tip for a helping me out. Happy Holidays! But take your fur baby elsewhere. Never heard of heard refusing business from a paying customer.
