Bought our Bull Frog hot tub from them in November. They brought it out and set it out as part of the service. They went over how to operate it and attached the bar to remove the lid. Amazing service. Amazing hot tub. I am totally happy with everything they did. I called with a question in January and they were just as helpful as they were in November. I totally recommend them and this product. Thank you for all your help read more

Everything they needed was in our John Deere storage room but they didn't even look there (25 ft from our pool). Everything they stored last year when they closed our pool was in the exact same place this spring, they didn't even look for it. They didn't put our pool cover in the storage bag, didn't install our ladder, didn't hook up our back flush hose, and put the wrong skimmer in the pool. When I called to complain, they acted like nothing was their fault. Won't use them again.

Their new location (in the former Savers Furniture building on North Main St) is a drastic improvement on the old. The book selection seems to be smaller, which is understandable, but it's also cleaner. They have a greatly expanded selection of furniture and "antique mall" type collectible items at decent prices. While it's still not my favorite secondhand store, it's worth trying now!
