Very friendly, patient, and caring. I've been going for checkups for a couple years now, and recently needed a series of Mohs procedures. Dr. Maranda is very thorough, an expert at this particular procedure, and also smiling & pleasant when discussing your health. I feel very fortunate to be a patient here as I've seen this practice balloon w/ patients and become VERY busy. At some point I assume they're going to have a large backlog and new patients might not get in quickly. My recommendation for when this occurs is get on a waiting list and you might luck out with a cancelation. As good as it gets. "Thank you" to everybody at YDA.

I had an appointment for 1:15 as I thought I broke my foot. I spent 3 and a half hours in the…read morelobby, and had to go ask the front desk if I still had an appointment for them to call for me Once I got to the back, it was an additional 15 minutes of waiting before I saw anybody, and in that time I heard a staff member mention that there was only 1 doctor, and that there were patients in the lobby waiting for hours, and they said "what can we do" about the situation. Once the doctor arrived, he was very dismissive. His whole demeanor was couldn't be bothered like. He barely looked at my foot, and asked me if I wanted an Xray. Once I said yes and got back, he barely acknowledged it and said I was basically fine, and they were sending it to Radiology for them to see because they have better equipment. He then said "you can stay if you want, or you can go, and if anything comes back, you can pick up a boot". I had asked him if he thought it was broken or fractured, and he just skimmed over the top of that simple stating that, "sometimes sprains make the foot bruise and swell". Overall very dismissive and had a very I don't care attitude. As of Today, 3 days later, I have still yet to hear back about radiology and my foot is still in pain. My biggest concern with this clinic, was that I honestly felt they were waiting for me to leave, couldn't be bothered to help me, and made me feel ridiculous about even asking questions about what I thought was an injury to my foot. And it just made me feel like an inconvenience for even being there. I see why people put off probable health concerns because clinics like this make you feel absolutely stupid for even addressing concerns regarding your physical body. I would not recommend this, there are other and better Intermountain Health Facilities in the city, like the one on Broadwater, where I went to when I had severe Pneumonia and they were fantastic. Never once did I feel like I was an imposition, or my concerns didn't matter. Even though it is farther from where I live, I will be going to the Broadwater clinic for future needs.

I was hesitant to post a review, but, after the conversation with the Liason from Billings hospital…read moretoday I decided I would. My Mom was transferred there after she had back surgery and her wound was not healing as quickly as they had hoped. Within one week of being there, I was called and a nurse told me she was unresponsive verbally and they were sending her to the Billings Clinic ER. She also made a point to tell me they had just changed her catheter, which I thought was strange. Once she was in the ER she was diagnosed with an infection in her wound ,a UTI, and the beginning of bedsores. I did pick up her things and expressed my concerns and told the staff she would not be returning. I was even more concerned when the hospital pharmicist was the person in charge of patients due to inadequate staffing. They have pushed to have my Mom returned to this facility and I have said no. The Billings Hospital liason that is employed by Advanced Care basically told me that there was no chart supporting my concerns, even though I was told all of this while she was still in the ER. He claimed it was not until after she was actually admitted that any of this was charted. Instead of showing some accountability for her care, or saying a follow up had been done at Advanced Care, he basically tried to say in a vague way, that Billings hospital was responsible and they had no blame. Consider carefully before you allow your loved one to go into this facility. A UTI at my Moms age could literally kill her. And there was no reason she needed a catheter. The only reason would be lack of staff and inadequate care for each patient. The amount they bill Medicare or private insurance is VERY high, not at all equal to the care my Mom deserved and was given. Its basically a storage facility for those who are still to sick to go into a rehab facility and need to be moved because of the lack of beds at Billings hospital. UPDATE: I wish I could leave zero stars. Please read my previous review. After talking to Billings Clinic Hospital and reviewing my Moms chart, I now know my Mom had an E. COLI infection from this place!!!!! They took ZERO responsibility.

She asked if I had any questions for her and as she walked out of the room, she said Dr. Echiverri would be in shortly. Upon entering the room, he introdiced himself and shook my hand. He asked me to explain why I was seeing him that day in my own words from beginng to end. I told him what my primary thinks it is. He wrote a few things down, explaining what each one was. He asked how quick my insurance was since he needed to order some special tests (eeg, ct and mri), to which I responded rather great. He reviewed my previous mri and explained some things to me while explaining what he is looking for with these new tests. He asked me to give him two days after all the testing was complete. Dr. Echiverri's nurse called me Thursday morning to tell me that Dr. Echiverri reviewed my tests and all looks normal and to keep an eye on my blood pressure and a few other things. My first visit with St. Vincent's Neurologist Dr. Echiverri was wonderful. He listened to my concerns, explained everything to me, was patient with all my questions, has a great attitude and is friendly and approachable.
