I am writing this review as I am resting in a bed at BC hospital on the 4th day. What a terrible…read moreride. Did you know that most people that work here think we can't tell time as a patient? Just a minute, means half an hour. I changed my own urine hat, mine was always full. My machine would NEVER SHUT UP, and they said I was bending my arm. CNAs? what are they for? Just a minute I will get your nurse. Hmmm? I was always worried and no one would stay and talk, NO ONE!! Pain SUCKED, vomiting SUCKED, diarrhea sucked. OH they were there BEFORE the pain pump, then they said they were going to give ME control,of my pain meds. I DON'T WANT IT!!! YOU ARE BEING PAID TO WATCH OVER ME!! But they gave ME the pump and I hardly EVER Saw them again. Just to take a vitals and if I pushed a button. I did all the work. They missed my veins Many times and am one giant bruise. I love when the nurses would change their voices, like talking to me like a baby would help me feel better it doesn't I'm almost 63 I know what you're doing. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY HOSPITAL STAYS EVER!!! I'll never forget you room 2525 don't ever put me in this room again. Oh and my last thing I had to ask them to put toilet paper in my bathroom I had to ask them to dump my bathroom garbage I had to keep asking them to do this over and over again. No one came in today to clean my room change my bed or anyting the sheets are still sitting over by the door where the lady this morning said she was going to change my bed she never did I am so out of here tomorrow please please please cross your fingers cuz I got to get out of here!

I really wish both myself and the agency that brought me here would have looked up the reviews and…read morecases against this hell hole. That would have saved everybody sooo much headache, hassle and drama. The doctors there are on some kind of sick power trip. They "discharge" me from the hospital, or so they say. Only to be held hostage in this sh!t hole of a place!! I'm not from around here and have never visited this part of the US in my whole life. I'm sure there's nice people and some cool stuff around here somewhere. But this whole experience makes me hope and pray I NEVER come near this sh!th0le ever again!!

I was hesitant to post a review, but, after the conversation with the Liason from Billings hospital…read moretoday I decided I would. My Mom was transferred there after she had back surgery and her wound was not healing as quickly as they had hoped. Within one week of being there, I was called and a nurse told me she was unresponsive verbally and they were sending her to the Billings Clinic ER. She also made a point to tell me they had just changed her catheter, which I thought was strange. Once she was in the ER she was diagnosed with an infection in her wound ,a UTI, and the beginning of bedsores. I did pick up her things and expressed my concerns and told the staff she would not be returning. I was even more concerned when the hospital pharmicist was the person in charge of patients due to inadequate staffing. They have pushed to have my Mom returned to this facility and I have said no. The Billings Hospital liason that is employed by Advanced Care basically told me that there was no chart supporting my concerns, even though I was told all of this while she was still in the ER. He claimed it was not until after she was actually admitted that any of this was charted. Instead of showing some accountability for her care, or saying a follow up had been done at Advanced Care, he basically tried to say in a vague way, that Billings hospital was responsible and they had no blame. Consider carefully before you allow your loved one to go into this facility. A UTI at my Moms age could literally kill her. And there was no reason she needed a catheter. The only reason would be lack of staff and inadequate care for each patient. The amount they bill Medicare or private insurance is VERY high, not at all equal to the care my Mom deserved and was given. Its basically a storage facility for those who are still to sick to go into a rehab facility and need to be moved because of the lack of beds at Billings hospital. UPDATE: I wish I could leave zero stars. Please read my previous review. After talking to Billings Clinic Hospital and reviewing my Moms chart, I now know my Mom had an E. COLI infection from this place!!!!! They took ZERO responsibility.

This clinic has a serious staffing and leadership problem, as of March 2026. Previously, this has…read moremainly been the walk in clinic my household reaches for when in a pinch, so a few days ago we didn't hesitate when we had a medical need again. But to our very concerning dismay... I was treated horrifically and denied any care. And yes, I did already contact DHS and file an official human civil rights complaint, since this is against federal law to turn away anyone needing immediate care. For some background info, currently in March 2026, in the year of our Lord, a check in front desk employee became very visibly upset when I told her I was sick and needing care. She demanded that I put a mask on. I kindly informed her that I wasn't able to, and currently struggling to breathe (I was there needing a chest X-ray to check for pneumonia or something similar). She told me I would need to go wait outside if I wouldn't wear a mask, and was full of inappropriate and rude facial expressions, along with a snide tone of speech. I said that was fine and I could go outside after I got checked in. She proceeded to pull up a literal heap of documents for me to go through and sign, but now they are all on that iPad device, not printed. I was taken back by the amount of paperwork, and honestly having a hard time functioning at all because I was so sick. I needed help with the paperwork. I expressed that I needed assistance with the paperwork, she gave me more dirty looks and bad attitude. She said I just had to sign and agree to it all. I repeated myself that I needed help, and then I simply said I would like to speak to your supervisor please. She was outwardly upset by that, and stomped off literally to ask for a manager. When she returned there was a supervisor named Kari N. Who immediately began whipping at me herself, without first speaking to me. She began ranting something like "I understand you don't want to sign the paperwork, so you can't be seen." I could literally barely speak at all, my voice was nearly completely gone. But I tried my best. I said to supervisor Kari, no I'm fine signing paperwork, I just need help with it, somewhere in the paperwork is an agreement to let them sell your info for "research" and or for profit, and I wanted to not consent to that part, wherever it was in the massive pile of digital documents. Supervisor Kari was exceptionally rude and unhelpful to me. She repeatedly said to me that I had to agree to all documents as currently written, including for my info to be sold, or they would not see me. I tried to ask if she could just get someone to help me review the paperwork and fill it out. She repeatedly told me no, and with an increasingly horrible attitude. She said over and over that they would not see me. Then finally before I left, completely exhausted, struggling to breath, with my husband and 2 kids waiting out in the car, I hit record on my phone and I asked her if she could just confirm to me that I understand she is refusing to allow me to be seen today, because I'm asking for help filling out the paperwork. She refused to answer the question over and over again, and continued to just pivot, and repeat some pointless nothing line that I needed to agree 100% to all paperwork or I could not be seen. "So you are denying me care? Correct?". Her "No. But you need to agree to all of these documents or we won't see you." Me- "so you're denying me care because I need help with the paperwork and you won't provide me the help?" "No. We arent denying you care, but you have to agree to all of this paperwork or we won't see you. It was an asinine circular non answer. She was 100% denying me care, but lacked the basic moral integrity to simply say it out loud. Probably because she knows that it's a human rights violation. I have this video too, pointed mostly downward, to not give away that I was recording now. But you can clearly hear it all, and catch a couple glimpses of these disgusting employees. I'll show some screen shots of these fantastic employees. And if anyone from Managment ever wants to return my call, about the complaint I already submitted to the main hospital resource center. The incident was on 3/20/26 and my first name is Jaqui. I believe strongly that this was discrimination based solely off me refusing the mask from the beginning. But someone needs to properly train your employees, and inform them that you can't treat people this way simply because you have a political agenda with masks.... That the whole world has already admitted was fraudulent years ago now. But you certainly cannot deny care to anyone needing care. And you are required by law to provide assistance with paperwork when asked for it!!!!! Yall are insane if you don't fire them within the week. I'll share their pics, so they can be famous.

Front desk was rude or just cranky. Wanted to make an appointment for next day. Asked about the new one on Shiloh and she waved me off saying that she can't make the appointments there. I would need to make that myself. Drove over to Shiloh and you don't need an appointment. Come in any time between I believe 8 and 4, they go to lunch from noon to one so don't come in then. They will be my go to from now. Broadwater even tried to convince me that Dr Bradshaw was my daughters doctor when we know she rarely made an appearance but would just pass her off on a nurse or assistant.

I visited twice with severe symptoms--thick green nasal discharge, a deep cough, congestion, and fatigue. Despite explaining how sick I felt, the nurse practitioner refused to prescribe antibiotics, insisting it was just a viral infection and that I would get better on my own. My symptoms only worsened, making it impossible to work. I ended up missing an entire week, which caused me stress and financial strain. When received antibiotics, within hours, I felt significantly better. Had I received the proper treatment earlier, I could have avoided unnecessary suffering and the lost time at work. I understand concerns about overprescribing antibiotics, but in my case, it was clear that my illness had developed into a bacterial infection. The clinic's refusal to listen to me and adjust their approach led to unnecessary hardship. Patients deserve to be taken seriously and treated based on their actual symptoms, not just a rigid set of guidelines. I hope this clinic reassesses how they handle cases like mine so others don't have to experience the same ordeal.
