Deplorable conditions in both the houses they rent and the actual office they work out of. I swear the lack of care and responsibility is unfathomable. Nothing got fixed when there was an issue, our calls were never returned. Basically the only way things got taken care of was if we called the owner of the home in Oregon or if we as renters paid out of pocket. As a coast guard wife I strongly urge any coasties to beware we are actually in the process of having coast guard legal file a claim against them in court. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with them!
