Big Daddy Towing will tow from apartment parking lots, they charge you over $300+ for the tow, plus…read moreplaying for an uber to get back to the tow lot, and, missing time at work to settle everything. I cant think of any reason other than being greedy, that anyone would tow a car that was safely parked and not blocking anything like another car, fire hydrant, or parked in the middle of the road that would block emergency vehicles. I feel like there needs to be one warning. next step should be a parking ticket (maybe two), as a last resort if previous parking fees are not paid, towing is warranted. Big Daddy tells me they cant give warnings because the Kendall won't allow them to give warnings. the Kendall says towing is on the Big Daddy towing, while Big daddy towing claims I was breaking the apartment regulations I figure they can hash it out, but in my opinion both companies are only in the business to make money. After tearing my car apart, the owner said he could not continue or fix it unless I paid in full, leaving me with no real choice but to pay up front. I was then given multiple promised completion dates and was ignored every time. After months of delays and excuses, the work I paid for was either unfinished or not done correctly. My parts were scattered around his shop or in other people's cars of the same make/model. I am missing many parts to my car and had to buy random bolts to put it back together and even after giving him $2400 Initially he made me buy $60 of oil to put back in the car after it was "completed", total joke. I also asked for 2 NEW tires and for some reason he got 2 mismatched USED tires... when I was finally told the car was completed and was drivable I showed up to his shop and he clearly hadnt touched it in weeks and he said he has 1 or 2 hours left to complete it... i proceeded to sleep in my unfinished vehicle overnight and it took him 12 hours to get the car to a state where it could be put on a TRAILER to be hauled home. When I requested a refund for the work that was not completed, it was refused, forcing me to pursue legal action to try to get my money back. On top of that, I now have to pay another mechanic to repair the same issues I already paid this business to fix.

I bought a Jeep from Todd, the owner of Tullock Automotive, after he promised it was in great shape…read more-- "no work needed, no rust, no leaks" -- and said he would "stand behind this vehicle 100%." The very next day, I discovered oil dripping on my garage floor. Todd brushed it off saying, "That must have just started." But after getting it inspected on a lift, the truth came out: this wasn't new at all. The oil pan had been wiped clean, but everything above it was caked in sludge and leaking oil. Now I'm facing a $1,500 repair bill to replace the rear main seal, valve cover seals, oil pan gasket, and even the oil filter housing, which is badly damaged. Todd also claims he performed an oil change -- if that's true, there's no way he didn't see these serious issues. This was not an honest sale, and he has not "stood behind" the vehicle like he promised. If you're thinking about buying from Tullock Automotive, beware -- my experience shows that their word cannot be trusted.
