What can I say. If there was ever a benchmark for customer services when getting a watch battery replaced or a new strap this little mobile unit would be it. Always polite, honest and does a quick job. There has been competition set up within Basildon Market another man fitting batteries 50p cheaper. A friend of mine went there and the battery didn't last a month, and the man in that wooden hut was rude and refused to do anything about it. Not for me Thank You..
