Always showed up 15 mins before appointment time. Each time I went (even at 10am) I never got seen until an hour AFTER my scheduled appointment time. On top of that, Dr. Battersby is hilariously unprofessional, has horrible bedside manner, and didn't give me any helpful information about my condition. He instead very rudely, demeaningly, and unprofessionally told me to lose weight. Each appointment he only spoke of my weight and not my back condition. He tried to push weight watchers on me and told me I "couldn't walk 10 minutes with a 40lb backpack on". As if weight has anything to do with strength. Do not recommend. Don't know how he still has patients. I learned nothing about my condition and if I was in worse mental health he could've pushed me into having an eating disorder by his comments. RUDE!
