We bought the car without any down payment as we were going to pay cash - they completed the deal with only our signatures! They delivered the vehicle to us and we took it on a trip to Missouri. When we got there, the body work they did needed to be redone and the AC stopped working. We called them and told them about the problems, so on our way backs driver met us in Fargo to swap a loaner for our vehicle. They fixed the body work correctly and repaired the AC, the returned it to us after it was repaired. Dealing with Mason, the salesman, was great. He communicated with us throughout the process. When I noticed blue smoke out the back of my car, I pulled over, but it was too late. The engine couldn't be started again. Valvoline has denied any responsibility. They say too much time elapsed. However, they were the last ones to touch the plug. No one else had been near it. Further, I recently learned that someone else in my community noticed oil on their driveway within a day of their oil change, but Valvoline has denied responsibility for that one as well.
