I dropped it off on a Thursday and received no update until I called them the following Monday. They told me my car was ready to go and they had tried to call that Friday however I have no missed call or voicemail. When I picked up my car they said their technician couldn't recreate the issue and my belts are fine. Unfortunately I had to take my keys, and drop off my rental before coming back to take my car afterhours. I should have started it up when I got my keys because after returning immediately the squealing was present and only got worse after I drove. I left them a voicemail immediately asking them to call me back so we can resolve this issue. A full week has passed with no word from them. TLDR: I paid $107 for an oil change I didn't ask for, my issue was unresolved, and they need to get their ears checked because my belt is still singing!

We called them and told them about the problems, so on our way backs driver met us in Fargo to swap a loaner for our vehicle. They fixed the body work correctly and repaired the AC, the returned it to us after it was repaired. Dealing with Mason, the salesman, was great. He communicated with us throughout the process. As someone who's quite busy with a teenager, three dogs, works remotely, and doesn't have a lot of free time - every moment counts when I leave throughout the day just to test drive a vehicle. Even with pre-scheduled test drives, I've had to wait 45+ minutes. I've had different offices be dishonest with me about their inventory. It has been an incredibly frustrating process.
