Don't go to Battery Expert in Orleans on Taylor Way. First, you will spend a long time finding their bulding, because they have chosen not to use the standard signage to display their address. Second, you will have a hard time figuring out where to park, because altho they do have signs, they are too small to read from the car. Third, you will go to the front door, which is on the far side of the building from the parking lot. The door is locked, and there is no signage as to which company is behind the door. There is a bell and an intercom, neither elicited any response. Fourth, you will call Battery Expert to find out where they really are. You will need to go to the back of the building, climb over a pile of snow that's been shoveled there from the parking lot. There is no sign anywhere to tell you where their door is.
I called him this morning to see if he carries the battery I wanted (yes), and I confirmed his address.
