I called to confirm the hours and came in on a Sunday morning. Chris inspected the jewelry, explained the repair, price, told us it'll take 30 mins, and gave us a ticket stub for the repair. In exactly 30 mins, I received a call it was ready for pick up! Fast! It was repaired seamlessly and more secure. When I saw it, my eyes watered! It's such a special piece and he gave it new life!
