He asked questions, after questions, without allowing me to answer any of them. He did not show any empathy towards me, and every time I tried to explain myself, his level of rudeness increased. He was also defiant and aggressive with my husband, who was with me, treating him the same as me. I had never felt so frustrated that I made the decision to leave the office. Already in the reception area he approached my husband in an aggressive and defiant manner to get him to leave the office, when he was requesting a refund of our co-payment since he did not perform any evaluation. It was a very tense moment. The worst of all is that when I look at the notes written by him in my record, he had written about tests that he never performed, arriving at a medical and psychiatric diagnosis about me. I give him 0 stars.
