A little less attention to detail than I expect. I would certainly not want this doctor operating on me if he were in the medical field. He refused remove my bath fixtures (or even wait 5 minutes for me to do it) This meant that when I replaced them after he sprayed, the coating near the fixtures didn't provide full coverage, leaving areas the color of the old tub. He left many areas with pieces of dust or sand on the walls. When they got coated, they left unsightly bumps. I called and asked him to do a touch up around my new fixtures, and the bumps he left. He told me to just put some white caulk over the spots. Come on bath doctor, that would look ridiculous.. He mentioned to me that he does many commercial jobs, small home jobs like mine are not worth his time. Well, I hope other folks realize this too before hiring him to refinish your shower or bath. He did fully seal the bathroom when he was spraying, and I had no problems with overspray or mess. He also cleaned up after he was finished, which was good. read more
