It was the perfect balance between hard work and lots of fun with so many international students there that you felt like you were constantly at a UN meeting! The best thing about Bath are the fantastic staff and the amazing students. There's so much to be said for international presence, it just means that there aren't necessarily cliques and cool people and not so cool people, it's just everyone. I loved studying here and think they do an alright job setting you up for afterwards too. The year in industry was very beneficial for me and and I think helped strengthen my degree.

Im sorry to rubbish all the other courses but there really are better places to go! (However, i believe the Art College it good but then again I don't think it's part of the uni) However, if you are going to university just to have fun this is the place to do it! The beach is 7 miles of golden sand, the nightlife is really good and caters for all tastes so whether you're in to hip-hop, r'n'b, pop, heavy metal... whatever, you'll be happy in Bournemouth. The town is very pretty, the array of shops isn't vast but it's enough. It has been rated by the gaurdian as the no.1 new university, and I certainly think it lives up to that reputation by virtue of its media and tourism courses. The animation course is said to be the no.1 in UK. The Multimedia journalism course is also counted among the top 4 or 5 media courses in the country. Having attended an open day and informal interview i was pleased with the way people were generally concerned for your welfare and academic skills. Teamed with various other authorities and establishments there really is something for everyone here and being a stone throw away from the town centre it seems in the perfect location to. Amenities here are second to none as i got a tour of the computer suite and library. Probably one of the best colleges around. Go learn, party people!

The Bristol Uni buildings are located all around the centre of the city, and most are very old and pretty. The university is pretty large, with around 13000 students, and they, along with their UWE counterparts, mean that the city is buzzing with life. The university does pretty well for itself; it's high in the league table, and draws a very Clifton-esque student population every year.

The college is accessible in terms of physical disability catering for wheelchair users, people with visual impairments and deaf people. There are two on site cafes, a well equipped learning resource centre (library) a computer suite with PC's and macs. The site is situated very centrally, easily accessible by bus or on foot.

Over the years it expanded into Frome College, and now it's full title is Frome Community College. The feeder middle schools of Oakfield and Selwood provide education up to the age of 12/13, and at that point pupils transfer to FCC (unless they are going to school out of town). The campus has grown enormously and caters for many different groups within it's premises, from the Nursery School of Littleoaks to Adult Education on a large scale.
