I've been twice and the last time I went I headed to the bathroom to find two employees in there complaining one toilet was broken already and that one of the employees had just broken the other one. Both expressed frustration that the toilets were broken, but neither seemed willing to do anything like put up a sign, report the issue properly, or do anything remotely close to fixing it beyond bemoaning the situation to me, a customer and definitely not their coworker. When I reported the issue to someone at the front desk, the lady actually started smiling, almost giggling for a bit, and then eventually realized I was serious and seemed to start listening more carefully. As a customer who expects at least a little more out of the maintenance of the facilities of a -- home improvement store -- I told her I couldn't believe what I was seeing and I left without buying any of what I went in for. Hopefully the place gets their act together and or at least learns how to build a better team that can take care of the place.

But When the big box store doesn't have what I need, these guys do. I needed special hardware (hardware is like nuts and bolts) and these guys were the only ones in town who had it.
