There were a lot of cute little jewelry for women, my friend and I. We visited this store and beaches could not get enough of their necklaces in every of their earrings for kids and nice cardigans and a lot of other selection of products. The customer service was amazing. They explained everything that we needed to know. They also had a locally made hand lotions with awesome different smells. I was itching to buy all of them but finally didn't do that. Their price range starts from moderate.

My wife and I used to buy these all the time when they had a shop closer to our home, but now we only visit the store occasionally. The store is spacious with orderly aisles filled with different sized candles and lots of scents. I started on the right side where the large candles were located, but because these aren't cheap (even at half off the suggested price), I migrated to the left side where the smaller jars were. I was able to pick up a couple scents at a more affordable price. The After Sledding is a red candle that reminds me of a holiday kitchen after some baking had taken place. Aromatic Orange and Evergreen is a green candle that marries the two scents in the title. Very fresh! The staff, when not behind the counter at the back, were out mingling with customers to see if they could be of assistance. When I arrived in line and had to wait, the other register was opened so that I could check out promptly. Very observant and considerate! I enjoyed shopping here and recommend making the trip around the outlet mall since their competitor had long lines. No waiting here! Review #3453

Honestly, you can tell how much care and heart they pour into everything they create. I love that it's an entire family business. Husband and wife team, truly sincere and nice couple. Their candles burn beautifully, long-lasting, clean, and the scents better than the Yankee kind. They make awesome gifts as well. I can honestly say their bar soap is the only bar soap I buy. Wonderful scents and doesn't dry out my skin. And I love their essential oils. They are WAY cheaper than Doterra or Young Living and in my opinion, just as good, if not better! Every year I get a laundry list from family members wanting more essential oils for gifts. I love that Twisted Wick gives you that small time feel, supporting a small local business. The craftmanship is 5 Stars and the fact it's a family run business, it couldn't be any cuter. I'll be a lifelong customer! Keep up the great work Twisted Wick!

They're clean with tons of stalls and a cool rustic vibe. They do a great job knowing why someone might stop here. It's quick in, but (admittedly) a slower "out" as I usually end up shopping and finding neat stuff. You're probably going to walk away with something you want here too. It's a seasonal megastore every time we come here. During Christmas months, tons of Christmas. During fall, lots of autumn. During Spring, Easter, etc. You get it. It's not just the crap you see at big box stores; it's the special-ordered decoration places, feeling more like a huge Hallmark (if you remember those from the malls!) than just a bunch of stuff you've seen 30 times before. If you're not a decorator, they also have a decent selection of small business food (soup starters, seasoning packets for meats, etc.) and local craft beers (you can buy single cans!) to choose from. They ALSO, as the giant candle would imply, have tons of candles. Oddly enough, we rarely buy candles here - though they have a huge selection. We're usually much-more-distracted by everything else. There's also a fresh/homemade candy/fudge counter, and I *think* there's a coffee/cafe in the next-door building as well. They also sell outdoor decor? Some pretty neat stuff too. It's a really cool stop, and if you need to stop, it's well-worth stopping here over any of the nearby gas stations.

If you are looking for a unique and interactive activity in downtown Indianapolis, Penn & Beech…read moreCandle Co. on Massachusetts Avenue is an absolute must-visit. The shop boasts a great location right on Mass Ave, making it super convenient to pair your candle-pouring experience with shopping, walking, or dining. It is a wonderfully fun activity whether you go solo or with a group--the staff helps guide you through the massive wall of fragrance oils to create a scent that is completely tailored to your personal taste. We came in on a weekday and made reservations ahead of time, but we honestly didn't even need them because it wasn't overly crowded at the time. That said, booking online is always a safe bet if you want to secure your spot during peak hours. Because candles take about two hours to cure, you either have to wait around or pick them up within two weeks. Thankfully, the location makes this waiting period seamless; while our candles were setting, we ate at Livery, which is just a short walk nearby, and enjoyed an incredible meal. At $35 for each custom candle, it feels like very fair pricing for a personalized, hands-on keepsake and a memorable afternoon out. I will definitely be returning to mix up another scent!

The staff that was there when I visited was pretty young, which could explain the laid back vibe--but they were all very nice, helpful, and super knowledgeable, which was awesome. Starting with the not so great: - A downside to this particular place is that instead of choosing different scents to mix, they already have them pre-mixed. For example, champagne and clean linen scents are already combined, rather than letting you choose and mix them yourself. Since it's structured this way, it does speed up the process, but I will say there are still a few pre-mixed scents you can mix together that would probably turn out smelling great. - When I went to pick up my candle a few days later, I was disappointed to find that it was damaged. Not sure how it happened, but I was shocked when I unwrapped it to discover it was chipped. Even more disappointing was that the staff wrapped a damaged item without mentioning it to me. On the positive side: - It's BYO food and drinks, which we loved. My friends and I brought a bottle of prosecco, charcuterie, and quiche to enjoy. Our server let us eat, drink, and chat before starting the candle pouring, which was perfect for catching up! - Parking is easy - Gorgeous vessels to choose from - Reasonably priced They also have a little gift shop with an assortment of trinkets!
