I love the Stress relief products as well as the hand soaps. Most of all they have the plug-in wall scents. My favorite is Palo Santo. They're always selling out of that scent. For those who don't know Palo Santo is for peace and calmness. As far as location this particular store is inside South Shore Mall. Pricing is pretty reasonable. Customer service is great. The cashier's and floor help is great. Sign up to get the coupons it's worth it. If you love great smells for women and men Bath & Body Works is one of the greatest places to go.

There was a sale for 12.95 "select three wick candles". At the registered I attempted to use my 10 dollars off of 30 coupon and was told "I cannot combine the sale with the coupon". She said my manager told me not to combine both Now, I've shopped at Bath and Body works all over and have never had this issue. In fact, I've been able to use my 10 dollars off of 30 coupon when the candles were on sale for even less! I said to the person, if I can combine the sale with the coupon online, then I don't see why I couldn't in the store. I showed her that it works online and explained that I've done this many times. I asked to speak to a manager. The woman at the counter called the manager. The manager stated "I'll do this for you this one time, next time you can place the order online and pick it up in store. So this manger is apparently making up her own rules regarding sales, coupons, and discounts. Let's be honest, many of us only go to the store for candles when we know these sales are going on. Woman at the counter said the store manager's name is "Kelly" and the District Manager's name is "Fee". She said she got her orders from the district manager (not sure if these are real names). Plenty of Bath and Body Works stores around, avoid this one.

The two of them stood at the front of the store talking like they weren't even working. I understand that there are times where you don't have anything to do. I've worked in retail before. What I love about visiting this store is the aroma has you enter. It is quite pleasing, especially if you have been walking in or out of retail stores in a mall for most of the day. This store is the best to visit when closing your shopping day. I have shopped for may variously items in this store such as shower gels, lotions, fragrance mists, perfumes, candles, and most of all home fragrances. Bath and Body Works also stocks a wide range candles to hand soaps with so many unique fragrances. My credit card and I have enjoyed our many visits and I always look forward to stopping by this store whenever I am in a retail mall at the end of my shopping exercise.

Moreover, they're not organized in any intuitive way to find what you need nor is there a map or diagram to help you locate anything. I don't know how anyone finds anything unless they ask or try randomly. I was excited for this new shop at Tanger outlets only to be disappointed in the experience of not being able to find much worth buying. Even my mom got frustrated to the point of giving up on this chain. The only saving grace is it's near the parking lot and easy to find. The staff tries, but clearly hasn't invested time in catering to this segment of the market.
