This whole trip excited about food eating in not only France for six days but last two in Italy. Le Monchu the exterior has moulin rouge vibe from the colors, vibe, and maybe perception being in France. The outdoor patio is huge. Lot of the times reading description of each one. I ended up going with goat cheese salad and carbonara pasta dish. The goat cheese was refreshing from goat cheese nice hearty salad. The pasta nice creamy plus egg yolk mixed it in was heavenly. Heavy dish with all cream and egg yolk but filling. Raclette. That was star of the show. I got try bit from someone else. Start the presentation was wow! I never seen anything like that before in life. The whole charcoal tower, quarter of Raclette cheese rind, beautiful spread of deli meats and more together with cheese, and move cheese close to tower it melts cheese on plate. It was amazing! If ever go back to Chamonix and hills of Mount Blanc. Le Monchu be back!
