Customers should never be treated with such disrespect, acting like you can't stand the customers who keep your business running. The level of disrespect was ridiculous, and apparently basic manners are too much to ask for here. Nobody is asking you to be overly friendly, but at least learn how to speak to people without acting miserable and rude. This experience was beyond disappointing, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Get better employees or teach the ones you have how to treat people with respect. Absolutely embarrassing. Or maybe just don't run a business at all.

Had they told me the previous time, no our service guy doesn't work on Singers or if you need something replaced you have to order it ahead of time, I wouldn't have driven over there(There were singers waiting to be picked up the day I dropped off my other machine). But luckily I found someone certified to work on all machines and very knowledgeable. What a shame. It's a nice store with a good selection of fabrics. Another reviewer has made claims of racism because they were monitored while they browsed. I was in my mid-teens when I first visited their store and I, who appear to be white, was monitored. Though a bit distracting, I didn't take it personally. If you are looking for first class antiques stop by their place and have a look around. If they get to know you and you're respectable, they won't hover as much. As for Midland Texas, only people that weren't born and raised in the community mistakenly see racism everywhere. They see what they want to see.
