Found this place from SGV eats and I decided to order from them for my son's 2nd year old birthday. I love how detail oriented they are with the cake design. I showed them a photo of design and wanted to incorporate with Hawaiian theme since that was the party theme. They not only listened to my concern but brought the cake design to the next level. We got so many compliments for the cake on the party! I got vanilla flavor cake with cookie butter frosting. The only improvement I would suggest is to probably add more cookie butter flavor on the frosting as I didn't taste much. I do want to try earl grey flavor next time :) read more

I first heard of Basque Case from the SGV eats Facebook page. Her post was about the Le Tao cheesecake from Japan. I tried the original one and it's delicious! I think it's pretty close to the one from Japan. The top layer is like a whipped cheesecake, then the middle layer is more of a regular cheesecake and the bottom layer is a sponge cake. I highly recommend trying it! Also, I recently ordered a custom dinosaur themed cake for my son's first birthday and it's super cute! Everyone commented on how cute it was and took pictures. The ordering process was very easy. I sent her pictures of the colors I was going with for the party and she used the same ones to match but a more pastel version. She even delivered on the day of the party. We went with a chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream. It was really good and light. My only feedback would be to maybe add more chocolate to the cake because I could barely taste it. Other than that, it's perfect!
