The Alber Firm Professional - 10/10 Affordable - 10/10 Compassionate 10/10 Empathetic 10/10 Understanding 10/10 Safety 10/10 Security 10/10 Honor 100/10 (Not a Typo) Trust 10/10 Where to begin... I did not hire "Alber Firm" I hired a lawyer who works there. Her name is Alyssa M. Regina. She used to work for another firm, one that I am not to pleased with. However her level of professionalism, intelligence, compassion and dedication to her clients is unmatched by anyone with a degree. The details of my many dockets that she helped me with are irrelevant to the review. Win or Lose, is irrelevant to this review. I read other reviews and decided to reach out to Michael. He got back to me ridiculously fast in comparison to my expectations. After hours. He was still at the office busting his ass at 7PM. He owns the business, what is he still doing at work? Haha, that is why I will never own a business myself. But I will always respect those who do. Owning a business is a life creating or ruining experience. That being said, there is no better "experience". No one is ever Happy to hire a lawyer. Ever. Except me. I was hurt, scared and suffering. If you are looking for someone to keep you safe and give you security, then look no further. Alyssa M. Regina and The Alber Firm will be the only lawyers I hire for the rest of my life. Hopefully this review finds someone else in pain that needs help. Hopefully I won't need them after this hell but the answer is yes, these are the people you need. Trust me. My children and family will Honor the people that protected us in our time of need. James T. Peppers IV read more

Michael Alber is a dishonest lawyer who preys on vulnerable clients. I helped a friend navigate her divorce, and unfortunately, she chose to hire Michael Alber's firm. That was a huge mistake. They took $7,500 from her and did absolutely nothing--no calls, no appointments, no real legal work. The lawyer they assigned was completely incompetent, with no clue how to handle the case. Unsurprisingly, my friend lost that money and had to move on from this nightmare. But it gets worse. The firm waited until the credit card chargeback period expired, then charged her again without her consent. This was clearly intentional--they knew exactly what they were doing. What kind of scummy operation runs like this? The most disgusting part? Michael Alber puts on this phony, holier-than-thou act when you first meet him. He goes on about how much he "cares" about his clients, how he's "always there for them," and how he operates with such "high morals." What a joke. The man is a fraud, a thief, and a con artist--I wouldn't trust him with a parking ticket, let alone a legal case. We're taking action. We're filing complaints with the state bar association and exploring every possible way to hold him accountable. If he's done this to others, we want to hear from you. Let's work together to expose him and prevent future victims. If you've been scammed by Michael Alber or his firm, reach out. The more evidence we gather, the stronger the case to get him disbarred. read more

I had the pleasure of consulting with Mr. Michael Alber regarding a legal matter, and I must commend him for the exceptional assistance he provided. It is important to note that my first conversation with Mr. Alber took place after I had unfortunately already retained another lawyer. However, despite this, Mr. Alber was always available to answer my questions and provide guidance, going above and beyond to ensure my concerns were addressed. Despite not formally representing me, he took the time to thoroughly understand the intricacies involved. Mr. Alber's availability and responsiveness surpassed that of the lawyer I had actually retained. Even before I heard back from my lawyer, Mr. Alber was there, promptly providing me with valuable insights and guidance. He understood the stress and anxiety that can come with legal matters and made sure that I felt supported and informed. I cannot recommend Mr. Alber highly enough. read more
