She explained ever part of the process to him so that he understood exactly what was going on and how everything would feel as she performed the work. He was in the chair for almost an hour but was completely at ease and relaxed thanks to her kind and compassionate nature. My son is usually not good with anything that even sounds painful but we had no issues during any of his visits. In fact, even after having a tooth pulled, he still isn't afraid to go back and I think that speaks wonders to Dr.Mann's abilities as a pediatric dentist. My son was very excited to see that they have tv's with tons of kids channels, funny sunglasses, and many cool scents of laughing gas to help make the visit as painless as possible. He didn't even notice when she took his tooth out. Now, only 5 hours later he is totally pain free and as happy as can be. If you are looking for are looking for a great dentist for your kids, I highly recommend Dr. Mann. She works with insurance, but we didn't have dental, so she even helped us figure out a care plan that would work for us financially.

I called on Friday morning and they gave me an appointment right away (they had no obligation to take us at all because we had never been there before!) The minute we walked in, Cindy and the entire office staff were so welcoming and kind to my girl. Dr. Chang was very knowledgeable and kind as well. The following Wednesday her face got swollen and I called and again got us in immediately. The front tooth had to be extracted. Dr. Chang again saw her and I love his technique. She didn't feel nervous or cry and she got a visit from the tooth fairy! Thank you sometimes doesn't do justice to how kind and wonderful people are. We will be back in the future for check ups :)
