Sweet tooth strikes again. I always remember when the 31st of the month approaches and try my best to avail of the $1.50 ice cream scoops. This location is most convenient to work. $1.50 a scoop gets you an adult sized regular scoop in a cup or cone (cake, sugar, waffle same price no upcharge!). Sample whatever flavor you want to try, there's always a flavor of the month. If you want the scoops in a cup you can even take to go with lids and spoons. This is all from personal experience. Not sure if there is a limit to how many scoops you can order, but to find out would be too tempting. The prepacked quarts are also 2 for $10 on the 31st as well. First off its located in like the world's smallest parking lot, I mean I'm probably over exaggerating a bit, but if you've ever been there you know the parking lot gets kind of crazy. I would rate this ice cream shop 1 star but one employee made it higher. Evan had amazing costumer service and treated me respect. He knew how to control the rush and get everyone what they wanted. What brings the score down is a young man named Hayden or Herron. He made comments and jokes about me ordering vanilla ice cream and heard him making inappropriate jokes about the Indian Community. I think for this store it really depends on what day and time you come here. On previous visits the store has been nice and clean. This past visit I don't know what happened. I came on Wednesday around 4:50pm. When I entered the store there were only three people in the store with one of them ordering a blended drink. The floor was disgusting, like someone has spilled ice cream or a liquid and the staff forgot to clean it up. After ringing up the couple in front of me the male employee didn't wash his hands. I got an ice cream cone. Instead of getting a tissue to pick up the cone he used his bare hands to get the cone. So basically with his bare hands he touched the inside of the cone and the outer shell. At other baskin robbins locations the cones are usually face down. But I feel the need to make a review in hopes that management will read this and consider taking corrective actions to address the following issues. First off, the shop is filthy inside. It doesn't look like it's had a serious cleaning in years. it's downright disgusting. Please invest in some serious cleaning and make it respectable again. Also, during high volume times, such as a Friday night, please staff more than two people. You have people lined up all the way out the door to the store next door. People are getting frustrated and impatient. We just witnessed a verbal altercation between a customer waiting in line and a door dash vendor, one that thinks they can cut in line and pick up their order. These staff are doing their best but they're overwhelmed. Management, do your job and fix these issues before you jeopardize the health and safety of your staff and customers! read more

And the ice cream is still as yummy as I remember it from 40 years ago. Also, glad to see that the masking and social distancing guidelines are being enforced. I ordered a cake for my sons birthday ordered it like two weeks in advance to make sure to give them enough notice. I showed up to pick up cake and they had forgotten to make my sons birthday cake. I asked what had happened and girl that helped helped said is just not made. Don't know what to tell you. Then they refuse yo give me a refund went back for my refund on Sunday and again I was told manager wasn't there and had to go back again. I loved Baskin Robbins growing up but now as an adult it feels really over priced, not that great tasting, and high in overage so it's on the airy side rather than dense and creamy. There's literally close to no other ice cream shops anymore though so most options are just the grocery store for better options. There is only two tables to eat at inside but they have a little outside area. When parking here park at the place next door. October 28 2017 I have attempted on 4 separate occasions to get a warm brownie sundae. The first time I came the high schoolers said they were out of brownies and cookies. The next week I stopped by they said that the manager quit 2 weeks earlier and 2 scoopers quit. The owner hasn't been to the store but the owner they were out of items. The following week I tried again to get a brownie sundae. The scoopers said they told the owner they needed brownies and also showed him 4 broken ice cream scoopers. Tonight I went by again no brownies ice cream cakes and pies minimal. The scooper said she told the owner of the problems. No new manager and the owner still hasn't appeared at the store. And hasn't ordered any supplies. Maybe the owner is going broke or just doesn't care about his customer's. I have walked out with no purchases 4 times. My 78 yr old mother took our 5 and 7 yr olds out for a treat today for one scoop of ice cream. 7 yr old orders two scoops, grandma says "No, I said one scoop". BR employee listens to kid instead of the adult paying for the ice cream. Grandma let it go due to perceived language barrier and because its her last day in town. I would not have been as nice!
