Baskin-Robbins will always be a classic ice cream outing. Growing up, it was one of those places that felt special the moment you walked in. The endless flavors lined up behind the glass made choosing ice cream an adventure, and that's where my love for Baskin-Robbins really began. Unfortunately, it feels like times have changed. While I still love Baskin-Robbins and have a lot of nostalgia for it, the flavor selection just isn't what it used to be. These days, there seem to be only a select few options, and honestly, they aren't even the best or most memorable flavors from back then. Part of what made Baskin-Robbins so fun was the variety and creativity, and that magic feels a bit diminished now. The environment has changed as well. The excitement you used to feel when walking in, surrounded by bright colors, fun displays, and walls showcasing all the ice cream options, just isn't the same anymore. The ambience feels very plain and bland compared to what it once was. Baskin-Robbins used to spark instant excitement, and now it feels much more muted. Aside from that service was great. They only had / people working when we had went and both were super kind and helpful. That said, Baskin-Robbins will always hold a special place in my heart as a childhood favorite. Disappointing experience, and something management should look into. We came in about 30 minutes before closing. The young woman helping us was kind and helpful, which I appreciated, but the toppings counter was messy, and someone who appeared to be her boyfriend was hanging out in the store. The male employee, possibly named James based on the name on our receipt, walked out while we were being served. When we left, we saw him at the neighboring Little Caesars using profanity while a DoorDash pickup was taking place. I got the impression he was complaining about us coming in close to closing, although I can't confirm his comments were about us. What I can confirm is that he returned to Baskin-Robbins and locked the door. Another couple arrived at 9:35 p.m. and wasn't let in. After they left, he came to the window and peered outside. Another man arrived at 9:42 p.m. and was also turned away while the female employee was already mopping. He was polite but understandably upset. If closing time is 10 p.m., customers shouldn't be turned away that far in advance. I'm sharing this because, as a business owner, I would want to know if employees were locking up early and turning away sales. I visited this location this evening and was met with some of the poorest customer service ever experienced. I ordered online and came to pick up my order to find it had not been made. The girl standing at the front counter had on headphones and I waited several minutes for her to even acknowledge me. As I was waiting she shuffled through online orders trying to get them processed I guess. She then advised me that the Biscoff sundae was not available so I replaced it with a banana split. Some of the items for the replacement were not available and I asked what did they have and she was very rude telling me this is what happens when you order before closing. It was the absolute sloppiest sundae ever made and she threw that and other item I ordered in bag turned over making a complete mess once I opened in my car. My other issue is if you have customers and online orders pending why are your employees closing at 940 when the business is open until 10 PM?? Someone pulled up only for your employees to sit and stare at them try to call and figure out how to receive their order. I definitely will not be visiting this location again. read more

The young Hispanic girl in the front was busting her ass working while there was a HUGE line, while the other Filipino employees were barely helping. Terrible! EVERY single time we have been here there is never enough people or just crappy service. Tonight, Saturday one person working 4+ people in line and 2 guys waiting for orders. Employee looked stressed as heck, overwhelmed, and not very happy. I felt really bad for her, but not her fault. Owner or management should do better at helping cover shifts or find coverage. Floor was gross, and tables were sticky. The freezer didn't have much selection as it was pretty bare, almost wiped out. Their waffle cones are raw on the bottom, and when I asked about it, I was told that's how they're trained so the cone can "stick to the paper," and there's nothing they can do. I waited there for almost half an hour while the Asian lady took her time making a cake and a young boy was busy bringing ice cream boxes and stacking them in the fridge. Meanwhile, there were more than ten other people in line. They really need to train their staff better. I ordered an ice cream sandwhich Oreo birthday cake this past week for my sons birthday. A $50 cake. When they handed it to me the handwriting was terrible, the cookie in the very front was cracked and broken. The rest of the cookies look sloppy with ice cream everywhere. My cake was also not ready multiple hours after I scheduled it to be. I walked in and they were actively working on it. They also lied to my face, when I said well my cake isn't even ready "oh well we don't put the name on it until the customer is here to pick up". Sure, believable enough except they hadn't asked me what I was even there for as they were working on it. The girl behind the counter was so nasty towards me when I just wanted her to fix what was broken. She also refused to give me her name. I was in the store for over 40 mins trying to reach a resolution. She eventually replaced the cookie on top but smeared whipped cream and other bits of the cake everywhere. I also asked to speak to a manager and was told I'd receive a call back. It's been 4 days, and nothing. Since I was young Baskin Robbins has always been my favorite ice cream. I am absolutely shocked at what we received today. I ordered 2 scoops. The two scoops were hardly one combined. The girl who scooped them seemed like she didn't want to be there. I was craving chocolate chip cookie dough but all I got was essentially one tablespoon of vanilla ice cream with one ball of dough. The ice cream is all icy like it's old and freezer burnt. I have never had anyone at a Baskin Robbins serve me such poor scoops of ice cream! For the price there should be WAY more! We also ordered a milkshake. That was a waste of 6 dollars. Not even close to a milkshake more like a milk float. I have a feeling there was a tablespoon of ice cream to 2 cups of milk in it.
