Zero customer service. It's basically a ghost town so you'd expect the basics to be pretty much covered, but they're consistently out of things and can't follow basic instructions. I am not impressed with this store. I ordered once on door dash and they where awesome. The second time they didn't have the product and sent the wrong order. I left a bad review. So they blocked me on door dash. I wonder on grub hub they accepted the payment but told the driver they didn't have any of the product I ordered. Which was a a quart of rainbow sherbet and a quart of daiquiri ice. I also ordered a banana Royal. I'm pretty sure they have all the product that I ordered. They were just two lazy to do the order. Went to Baskins for a quick treat. I ordered a single scoop vanilla in a sugar cone. $3.79 for the ice cream and $.50 for the sugar cone. It tasted great. But..... the scoop was hollow and they did not even try to push the ice cream into the comb I will not be buying ice cream here again. WHAT A RIP OFF. read more

I tried...I really did. Several times I've been there and they are out of Ice cream?? And they seem surprised each time? Poor management?? YES. Well....a couple of weeks ago, my son and I went in to order a cake. He'd seen it on previous trips and had to have it for his birthday. So we began to order the cake just as it was pictured in the catalog...only to hear oh know that doesn't come on the cake, oh yeah and nor do the little plastic balloons...so basically it's an ice cream cake with frosting that I will have to decorate. NEVER MIND the product was name BIRTHDAY CANDLE CAKE....nope birthday candles don't come on the cake...lol...okay fine, I'll decorate it. I purchase 2 weeks ago for today. Awful service- stood at the counter for 10 minutes- only ones in the lobby- no one even acknowledged we were there- finally walked out when a lady who had been waiting for 20 minutes for her milkshake after going through drive thru and being told to drive around came in upset. We walked out and no one said a word. This place needs new management- have had some negative experiences with the Dunkin part of this location- all same employees for both. This is my favorite ice cream in town but I will not be returning. read more

Great ice cream with a huge variety of flavors - nearly 31 of them. Inside the same space as Dunkin' Donuts, so it's a little difficult to figure out which of my sugar cravings to give in to. Still overpriced though at $3 for a single scoop or almost $7 for a shake. For my money, Braum's or Marble Slab are a better option. read more

We just drove in at 6:45 on a Thursday to get ice cream for my daughter's birthday and the lobby is closed and locked. Go through the drive-through and the guy tells us he's there alone so he had to close the lobby. Who does that?! What ice cream shop is closed at 6:45pm on Thursday in the spring?! Three kids that can't see or taste to make their choice of ice cream flavor is frustrating. This is not the first time we have had a negative experience here but we are still hoping management will get control of this place. We were excited to go here because the Baskin Robbins shares the space with a Dunkin Donuts.... and everyone knows donuts and ice cream is awesome! However, when we got inside, and noticed we were the only customers, we eventually realized why. While waiting at the ice cream counter for customer service to even notice us or take our order, we noticed a big nasty spiders nest with a spider right there on the counter!! Also, everywhere was lots of dust. The place was filthy. When the employee finally got around to serving us (we should have left when we saw the dirt), it was as if we were in their way. It was not a pleasant or friendly atmosphere. Our one scoop cones were very small and over priced. We should have gone down the street to Braums. read more

It's the worst customer experience we have ever had. I purchased an ice cream cake for my husband's birthday, the employees who worked that day were so incompetent to write the happy birthday on the cake. We left the cake to be written by the baker the next day, paid for the cake. The next day I came back to pick it up, they couldn't find the cake that we paid for and was supposed to be written by a baker. The two young workers were so incompetent told us "sorry, we can't find it." That's it????? We later found the cake sitting inside the display fridge in the lobby still does not have the birthday written. I asked for money back, the stupid young kid kept saying "I can't refund you the money". He even accused me to have someone else receipt. How dare he!!! This store should be shut down or hire employees who know how to resolve customers issue. No customer service at all!!!!!!! I am reporting this to BBB. read more

We just stopped by after a day of baseball. They did not greet us when we walked in, they made us wait a while before asking what we wanted. They were out of mix for mocha Cappuccino Blasts, they were out of hot fudge and waffle cones. They did not give a spoon to the person who got ice cream in a cup and they then made him get a smaller taste spoon instead of a regular one. Then the female was rude to my friend after she asked "what do you have." When they kept saying they were out of everything and the only had two total cookies made for "ice cream sandwiches" and they weren't even the same type of cookie. I went in with my family, it was not busy and we probably waited 15 minutes before someone greeted us and when they did all we got was a "what can I get for you"! Then they made us wait in the line for dunkin donuts to pay and they were rude when I asked for a water. Good ice cream. However, place was dirty. (Sticky tables, trash in various places, puddle of water under a table...) Even when they had the opportunity to clean, they just stood around in the back. Employees were nowhere to be found and were very slow when they did show up. read more

The worst baskin Robbins I have ever been to! I ordered an ice cream cake on Friday. I was told it would be ready on Sunday at 3:00. I called about 3:00 to tell them I would be there about 4:00. When I arrived, I was told that the baker did not make it and there was nothing they could do about it! I drove 45 minutes to pickup the cake. No manager was here. I told the young teenager to call the manager and let me talk to her. Instead, the teenager went to the back and called the manager. The teenager came back and said the manager said there was nothing they could do. I told the teen that I wanted to talk to the manager and she said I cannot give out the manager's phone number. I said you call the manager and hand me the phone. I told the manager that I needed the cake for tonight. She said she could have the baker come in early in the morning and fix the cake. I said no, I need it for tonight. She said she would see what she could do. The manager shows up at the store and said she was going to try to fix the cake. I am still waiting. read more

I went in on the morning of Thursday 3/14 to order a cake for my pregnant wife's 30th birthday, which she specially requested due to her love for the fudge crunch cakes and the fudge piping she's had before from Baskin Robbins. When I went to pick her cake up for her surprise party I had planned on the afternoon of Saturday 3/17, they informed me they didn't have a cake or any order. After speaking with the manager, I was informed they found the order in the back, but they didn't fill it, because they 'no longer offer fudge crunch cakes there.' They never called to inform me of this and it resulted in not even having a cake for her surprise party. The manager continually tried to point me to the fridge of pre-made cakes instead of addressing the issue that she doesn't care for that cake in the first place. It was HIGHLY unprofessional and I'd expect more from a business like this. I would have gone to DQ if I would have known this would happen and I will be letting others know. read more
