Horrible! They show up and they are very nice and professional. They will say very comforting things like "don't worry we will take care of everything" and "we do this all the time". And then they do this. They showed up tore apart my bathroom, put fans in to dry it out. As soon as the amount of time the Insurance company would pay for the fans to be operating was over they removed the fans. Sounds good so far right? Yeah that's what I thought. I didn't see or hear from them again for 6 mounths! And the only reason I did was to bring me a bill! Thank god my Insurance company is great and payed it. I will never do business with them again! read more
