I really and truly wanted to go to classes as Rock is making you work hard, encourages you to push your limits but always in a nice atmosphere and always paying attention so you workout well and do not hurt yourself. Each class is a different combination of technique and exercises that you learn and then practice in workouts. Classes are only done in small groups which is so much better in my opinion. People coming quickly become regulars which shows how good the place is. After only a few weeks you will find yourself with a lot more strength, endurance, and even a better general posture in daily life (I thought so!). I was sad to leave the gym when I left Brussels!

Unfortunately every minute of my time there was scheduled so I didn't get to take advantage of the facilities. Brussels is expensive in general, and I've stayed in some crappy places that were very expensive. At 150 a night (without breakfast) this is pretty pricey. The rooms are actually lovely (though not huge) and the style manages to be contemporary and rustic at the same time. The entrance is really the entrance to the spa and the hotel part even has its own little lounge area. It loses a star for its breakfast. Its 15 euro and the service is patchy. The first morning I asked for tea and didn't get it but did manage to get an omelette in addition to the bread, juice and pastries in the buffet. The other two mornings I was not offered hot food, although other guests were, but I did manage to get my tea. It did seem way overpriced to pay 15 euro for some bread, tea and a pan au chocolat. If I wasn't so pressed for time I would have tried to get something somewhere else.

Obviously, only the restaurant is fully functional and open to all... an additional source of income, of course!. Impossible to contact their services by phone to have additional information, inaccessibility to the club, management not listening and protecting itself with new sanitary measures, etc ... The club accepts more members every year but the staff is not following suit leading to saturation of the infrastructures and services. The greedy direction is only looking to rob his clients and do not respect its quality engagements. I'm very disappointed by the management that forgets his fundamental hospitality values. They are now leading a money factory. I'll not return to the club who has lost all his attractiveness.

I personally dislike it when there are too many people around. especially if you are a woman at a gym, no one bothers you. When I lived in NYC this was annoying at Equinox. The price of this gym is also right but I don't know how much gyms cost in Brussels so nothing to compare it to.

Très vite, je suis frappé par de graves problèmes cardiaques (extrasystoles, fibrillation auriculaire). Quelques mois plus tard, je subis une opération du cœur lourde et invalidante. Impossible pour moi de continuer la salle. Pensant que tout était en ordre, j'envoie mes justificatifs médicaux. Leur réponse ? Une opération du cœur ne suffit pas pour résilier ! Ils exigent un certificat médical antidaté. Autrement dit, quelque chose d'impossible à fournir. Malgré tout, mon dossier est transmis à une société de recouvrement. Je suis traité comme un mauvais payeur, alors que je traverse l'une des périodes les plus difficiles de ma vie. Déjà fragilisé par mes soucis cardiaques, je dois supporter en plus ce harcèlement administratif et financier. Et quand j'ose dénoncer publiquement cette situation, que se passe-t-il ? JIMS Mons supprime mon commentaire et bloque mon profil. Voilà leur manière de gérer un client malade : la censure, au lieu de l'écoute. Je trouve cela indigne et honteux. Une salle qui prône la santé mais qui méprise les malades, qui préfère l'huissier et la censure à la compréhension, ça en dit long. Qu'ils le sachent : ça n'en restera pas là. I witnessed a very disappointing incident at Kinetix. Two long-time members, who appeared to be…read moreloyal and satisfied clients, were suddenly removed without any clear explanation or prior meeting to discuss the decision. The head coach, Benny, refused to engage in any conversation, even though the clients remained calm and respectful. The situation escalated to the point where the police had to be called simply to facilitate a dialogue, yet even in their presence the facts were denied. For a fitness center that should promote respect, communication, and a welcoming environment, such behavior is simply unacceptable and sends a very negative message about the management of this facility.

Good installation, awful staff and mentallity…read more Don't be fooled by the price tag and the apparent standing of the place. The staff is rude and has no respect for the customers. I also am surprised that no hand towels are available for people. It's mandatory to have your own, which I understand on a hygiene point, but when part of the gym is filthy and all the gyms I've been to so far give fresh towels for the work out for a much lower price of admission. There s clearly something wrong to my eyes. The showers are regularly having issues as well, might be the push button system that bring those, because yes you'll need to push a button every 30 second to have water and there is no way to control the temperature, enjoy. On the plus side, the building is nice and the machines are plenty and various. Which is why I still give two stars but I. My opinion the price of admission isn't worth it. The general service of this gym is really on the low side and when you pay premium you want more than nice machines.
