I am not kidding about that. Guess What? I have always had a tiny bit of pain in that tooth. Last week it broke off while on vacation in Florida. The dentist I went to showed me the x-rays, and stated that the root canal was done improperly, and pointed out to me where the roots were still intact. I should have listened to everyone and gone to an endodontist. I suppose she is okay for cleanings, but she is very concerned about payment and makes you feel like you are trying to sneak out without paying your bill. You have to pay before you go in for treatment like a deadbeat. One more thing....she won't schedule an appointment unless you have a referral from a patient who goes there already...maybe they go after that person if you don't pay??? It's just all too weird.

So I can reference this experience very well. The intake process was very easy and personable. They did not just hand you a sheet and tell you to fill it out. They took the opportunity to answer rather mundane questions to build rapport and the make a good first impression. The cleanings went well. The technicians were very child friendly. I especially liked the education provided to my children. Sometimes dentists and technicians can speak condescendingly if your teeth are not perfectly brushed and flossed, but they did not do that here. They made my kids feel empowered and more excited about dental care. That has never happened before!!! 5 Star service for us for sure.
