When I came in he greeted me then showed me around. The club was clean and the equipment was similar to that of any major gym/fitness club. There was a Juice Bar but I don't think it's completely up and running considering it just opened. I wasn't prepared to get a complete workout but he did an initial consultation with me and set up a plan that met my needs. His prices are fair too! The club just opened about a week ago and he had a good 3 or 4 people that he was working out. Pretty impressive to me! I am definitely going to begin my health/fit journey with Sheldon and can't wait to see results.

The gym is pretty clean except sometimes after people use machines and don't clean up after themselves. Main problem is some machines stay out of commission for awhile. Other gym goers are a hit or miss. Some help push you and offer help while others let their alarms continually ring for 10 mins and don't put their stuff back. There is a comfortable couch to relax on while you are waiting. I was offered something to drink...and a little wine (smile). Nice touch. Be careful...You don't want to over do it (LOL). Anyway, there is a private massage room off to the left. When you step into the room, you will be walking into a world of soft music, soft sheets, hot stones, hot towels, and a total "to die for" experience! Teheran is not just your average massage therapist. He is also a neuromuscular therapist and a fitness trainer. I call him: "The man with the magic hands." My daughter and I went for a massage on this past Mother's Day (5/13/18). I figured it would be a great Mother's Day gift. Boy Did I make the right decision. When my massage was over, I felt like a new person. I scheduled my next massage before I left. Because Teheran knows so much about the body and pressure points, he was able to massage my ankle in such a way that it did not swell up the way it usually does.
