He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it so the door now closes and locks smoothly. He is very friendly, professional and easy to work with from start to finish. I just texted him a video along with photos of my door and we were able to quickly find a date for him to fix it. I would highly recommend him and will call him for future repairs.
