We did not receive them and since had forgotten about the bill. My wife just recently attempted to make an appointment and was informed that we had an outstanding balance and was threatened to have it turned over to collections. I attempted to negotiate paying a portion of the bill since they wouldn't have collected anything due to their error and they refused. I will never use this office again, nor will any of my family or friends.

They scheduled us quickly when I called yesterday, worried it was infected (it was) and they were flexible in scheduling around a series of doctor appointments I already had scheduled. The medical forms they had me fill out weren't overly cumbersome like they are at most offices. They took us right at the appointment time and each person we met was friendlier than the last - they were all so kind to my child and made her feel special and welcomed instead of afraid. The doctor came in right away and boy was he wonderful! He is so kind and gentle and patient. He didn't use any scary words in front of her, but made sure I understood everything he was going to do. We were done with the entire appointment, start to finish, in under twenty minutes, but never felt rushed. It felt like my child was the only patient they would see that day and she was their priority - very few doctors make you feel that way these days. And usually you have to be in a pediatrician's office or in the pediatric wing of a hospital to find medical professionals who know how to treat a child in such a respectful and age-appropriate way, but not here - this office knows what they're doing! Hopefully, our foot and toe issues are over, but if we ever have problems in the future, I know where we are going!

They have the worst billing department, they constantly don't record payments and then turn over…read moreyour account to creditors. If you make a payment keep all receipts or better yet pay with a credit card in case you lose a receipt. Any cash payments made at the office especially don't get recorded. They also tried to charge me $550 twice for PRP saying I got it done two weeks in a row when that is not even possible medically and then argued with me about it. I won't go back only because of this issue, it's not worth the hassle. It's constant and even though I have receipts to prove payments they still continue to send bills and turn it over to a creditor. It's the most unprofessional office I have ever dealt with.

I first started experiencing pain in both big toe knuckles after getting into Pickleball this…read morespring. It turned out that I have had misaligned feet my whole life and didn't know it. The pickleball side to side movement exacerbated the pain in the front of my feet because my feet were not aligned. I opted to have the small titanium screw inserted just under my ankles on both feet to re-align the bones in my feet so that the pain will go away and I can be active again. The surgery was the most non-invasive procedure I could imagine. I can already tell I am carrying my weight on the outside of my foot instead of the middle to inside. Choosing Dr. Weinert was not done lightly. I sought him out specifically to care for my feet not just for his glowing reputation, but for the most important one to me. My mother who was a type 2 diabetic for over 40 years constantly raved about the services she received from Dr. Weinert. Imagine my surprise when I also found out that he was treating her at NO COST when her insurance changed and didn't cover the services.....this went on for YEARS. We lost my mom in 2018, and when I came in for my consult, Dr. Weinert and Donna spent so much time talking about memories of my mom and how much they loved her. They are not only highly skilled professionals, but they truly care for the people they treat. My mom also bragged about all the philanthropic work Dr. Weinert does in the community and how much that meant to her. That is so hard to find in today's world. I seriously feel like the two negative reviews that are posted about this practice are BOGUS and should be seen for what they are and removed.
