After visiting this office, the doctor treated me with injections every 4 months. The doctor then recommended surgery to correct my chronic big toe pain. Dr. Carnaghi perforned the surgery on both feet a few years ago and I have been pain free since then. The entire office staff was courteous and professional. There were no overcrowded waiting rooms or long wait times. Dr Carnaghi is a top notch podiatrist. I would highly recommend her to anyone who suffers from foot pain. She is extremely knowledgeable and highy skilled with outstanding bedside manner. She is also the kindest doctor I have ever encountered.

Wow! I brought my 4-year-old in today for an ingrown toenail and I could not be more pleased with…read moreour experience. They scheduled us quickly when I called yesterday, worried it was infected (it was) and they were flexible in scheduling around a series of doctor appointments I already had scheduled. The medical forms they had me fill out weren't overly cumbersome like they are at most offices. They took us right at the appointment time and each person we met was friendlier than the last - they were all so kind to my child and made her feel special and welcomed instead of afraid. The doctor came in right away and boy was he wonderful! He is so kind and gentle and patient. He didn't use any scary words in front of her, but made sure I understood everything he was going to do. We were done with the entire appointment, start to finish, in under twenty minutes, but never felt rushed. It felt like my child was the only patient they would see that day and she was their priority - very few doctors make you feel that way these days. And usually you have to be in a pediatrician's office or in the pediatric wing of a hospital to find medical professionals who know how to treat a child in such a respectful and age-appropriate way, but not here - this office knows what they're doing! Hopefully, our foot and toe issues are over, but if we ever have problems in the future, I know where we are going!

I stumbled on the Yelp page after looking up Dr. Snyder's office number. I had to respond to the…read moreterrible reviews from years back. I see Dr. Snyder, not Dr. Noroyan. He's very friendly, patient, sympathetic, and listens well. He's prompt, so there is no sitting in a waiting room for an hour. When I had to decide on surgery last year, he explained every step of the procedure, the cost, the time I would be under anesthesia, possible complications, recovery, and when I would be back to "normal." I'm too old for normal. Anyway, he warned that he's conservative with Achilles repair. Others might say recovery is six weeks, but he gives it seven to eight weeks. After hearing the horror story (not told by the doctor) of a marathoner who insisted on just five weeks of recovery, I deeply appreciate his caution. I know he spoke with my husband after surgery, and it must have been thorough because my husband knew everything that was happening to me before I did, including excessive thirst. Another amazing thing about this office is that when my husband was laid off at the beginning of the pandemic, they didn't hound me to pay my bill. They didn't send a bill collector or wreck my credit. They were wonderful about it. Elizabeth and Tonya are fun and laugh at my jokes. It's unusual to have everyone in a doctor's office be nice and personable, but this small group of people gets along with each other and with patients very well. I highly recommend Dr. Tim Snyder at Associated Foot Clinic in Lake Orion. He's a great doctor who will help you get back on your feet (bah-dum-tiss!).

But this visit was a completely different experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. It didn't feel transactional--it felt like someone genuinely wanted to help. I left feeling heard, understood, and more informed than I ever have about my foot issues. I was pleasantly surprised, and very thankful I made the switch. If you're looking for a podiatrist who treats you like a person, not just a quick appointment slot, I'd highly recommend giving them a try.

Researching podiatrist online, Dr. Carollo's reviews were absolutely stellar, so I decided to give her a try, hoping the reviews weren't too good to be true. They absolutely weren't! Dr. Carollo is such a genuinely kind and attentive doctor. She really listened to what I was experiencing with my foot and gave me several non-invasive options to try to heal an inflamed nerve. I'm happy to report after following her recommendation and getting custom orthotics the nerve has finally healed and feels back to normal. And as an added benefit the orthotics have helped some other foot and ankle fatigue I previously experienced after working out. A win-win! Also, as a side note, the classic music in the examine rooms adds such a calming atmosphere while you're waiting. Highly recommended!! The world needs more medical providers like Dr. Carollo!!
