Literally every time I have never been greeted, not one time. Completely weird environment and you almost feel unwelcome when shopping. It never fails that any time I see my friends bring clothes here they are completely scammed, as I too fell for the support local scheme in the past. I have been burned by this establishment on more than one occasion. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable consignment store, I guarantee the experience will be top notch compared to this one and you will get a lot more for your clothing and items. Not to mention the reputable consignment store would have a pay out policy based but "oddly" this one does not as the owner just randomly decides what she is or isn't going to pay. It's very sad to see my friends bring expensive clothing and only walk out with Pennie's on the dime. The owner is a scam and I can almost guarantee this consignment store will either close down for good or fall into another set of hands before too long.
