A new carburetor was installed (which all online info indicated was needed), but the mower kept dumping gas into crankcase. Mr. Mike came out at least 3X trying to locate problem. He even picked up my mower to repair at shop, no extra charge. A small piece of rubber from a replaced vacuum pump was blocking the seating of the needle in carb valve. Mike's persistence located this issue even though it was an odd, rare malfunction. At many times along the way, Mr. Mike could've taken advantage, but he did not! Honest service at a fair price!

Had me put back together and up and running in about 30 minutes. I went ahead and had them do the whole tune up... new plugs, new filters, new oil. I've held out for the long term on this review February of…read more2024 I bought a 5200#GVWR, 3000# load capacity tilt trailer mainly to haul my 2000# side x side. First time using it with the sxs, I hit a bump in the road and lost trailer brakes and lights. I cancelled my ride and limped back to my house. Found out that the trailer wiring was ran between the frame and the axle of the trailer and the bump caused it to pinch the harness a short it out. Also found that there was only 1 and 1/4 inches of suspension travel at 2/3 load capacity of the trailer. I contacted trailers plus and made an appointment for the repair of the trailer. Expecting to drop it off for an afternoon to have the harness fixed. Nope. I was going to have to leave it for 2 weeks. since it had to wait, I ask them to investigate the minimal suspension travel because I was expecting it to be bottom out at the full capacity of the trailer frame itself and to confirm it had the correct suspension installed at the factory. When I went to pick up the trailer, they said that the suspension was correct they'd repaired the harness and they had "given the trailer an inspection " so I would be good to go now. They had drilled a pass through hole in the frame for the harness and repaired it with black electrical tape and scotch locks. The next time I used the a week later, the trailer plug fell off when I picked up the harness. None of the wire screws if the plug had been tightened. Now at exactly 2 years old the spare tire mount is tearing off the side of the trailer frame. I've received no response from the manufacturer or the franchise where I purchased it Trailer are under built, over rated and over priced for the horrible service that I've received

He gave me the estimate and told me that it would be ready on this day to pick up. They completed I think he said a 43 point check point and said my trailer was in sound shape. I actually paid less than the estimate. It appears that they can repair any problems with a trailer. I do not mind spending the money to make my trailer safe to use. It was just nice to hit the estimate price the first time. I never hit the original estimate at Firestones. I usually get 2 to 3 calls from Firestones for more work needed. I will make sure all my landscape buddies in the memphis area know about this company.

Took it in on the day they scheduled and told them we needed it in 2 weeks. They had it that long and didn't start working on it until two days before we needed it.
