They even have berm seating with benches on the grassy hills behind the home run fence! This has become my favorite Double-A park in the United States!

The theater is very nice, good popcorn too. We haven't tried the arcade but it looks like a lot of fun. Going to a movie today, and probably dinner afterwards. You should too. The bartender was absolutely ROCKING it, and management completely failed her. The bar was extremely busy, and she was the only bartender working. She was running up and down the bar trying to take care of everyone, making drinks, running drinks, and keeping up with tickets that were printing nonstop. At one point she had at least 10 drinks sitting in the well waiting to be run, the bar top was packed, and she was literally using a walkie talkie asking for help. Then a manager came behind the bar, grabbed her purse, and said, "I've been here all day, I'm leaving. Just close down the bar." And left. After that, another manager came in and told the bartender to run her own drinks because everyone else was "too busy" to help. She called for help again because the tickets just kept printing. Instead of actually getting her some support, the manager eventually came back and told her to put in her tips and clock out. On top of all of that, 7 out of 15 beers on tap were out, she didn't have the glassware she needed for her drinks, and there was clearly no communication or support from management. And to be very clear, I am NOT blaming the bartender. She was doing an amazing job under completely ridiculous circumstances. She was running her ass off, trying to take care of everyone, and doing everything she possibly could. She was not set up for success, and management failed her miserably. When your bar is slammed, tickets are printing nonstop, and your bartender is literally asking for help over the radio, you support your employee. You don't leave her alone to drown and then tell her to clock out when she asks for help. She deserved better, and honestly, so did the customers. But she made me the best Mango Margarita I've ever had and my partner loved her pretty blue drink. Our bartender was a 10/10. But the overall experience makes us not want to come back again. Treat your people better.

The grounds are quite exceptional and often are updated regularly. The golf course looks amazing with amazing greens. If you golf, like myself, you'd wish you had your clubs to try out the course. The country club has a swimming pool, tennis courts, a restaurant, and other amenities and activities that many is synonymous to exclusive members of this club (and they don't just accept anyone). Friends and family can be a guest of any members at the club. That's always a plus. From I was told, the club restaurant menu changes somewhat regularly, but members can always count on getting one of the best steaks anywhere. The staff members are courteous, friendly, and very helpful. Definitely a cut above the standard. If you ever get a chance to visit The Little Rock Country Club, then do so. The Scott Plantation Settlement depicts what early farming life was like when Arkansas was still a territory and prior to the introduction of mechanization. There are structures include a hand-hewn cypress corncrib, 1840s dog trot log cabin, Big House from one of the nearby plantations; commissary, one-room schools, doctor's office, tenant homes, and blacksmith shop. The Civil War interpretative sign describes the Battle of Ashley's Mill, which was part of Union General Frederick Steele's 1863 Little Rock Campaign, which resulted in the fall of Little Rock in 1863.
