Bartlett Lodge, Algonquin Park, Ontario, Canada is a northern paradise.
A trip across Cache Lake from the Hwy 60 parking lot takes you onto a property with several cabins, 2 artist suites and 2 (glamping tents) along with the main lodge that serves exceptional breakfasts and dinners created by an incredible team led by Rob. The site has a Moose Trail that takes you out to a bench where you can enjoy one of the Lake's bays. If you wish to take advantage of the Algonquin Park trails, the boat staff will get you to the parking lot with directions and a smile. Malcolm is the Lodge Tour guide and he is an expert on the artist Tom Thomson. Julia has an amazing office staff, housekeeping and maintenance staff that keep the property moving along. The owners are Kim and Marilyn Smith and the world is a better place because of this wonderful couple. We have been there many times and each time is like coming home with all of the smiling faces.
