Liam & Melissa are SO kind & welcoming, and their instruction is top notch. It's often intimidating as a female doing combat sports and visiting foreign gyms, but every time I come here I always feel super safe and welcomed. I also tried Muy Thai here for the first time and Liam was able to give me some personalized instruction and it was really so fun (great workout, too). Also, there are several women that train here already who are really knowledgeable and fun to roll with. This place is great, I highly highly recommend for men, women, and kids, not only for great exercise but for really great, individualized instruction. Thank you so much, Melissa & Liam! -Dana
